Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage – CNT organ massage

Chi Nei Tsang

CNT Belly Massage

Experience the power of abdominal massage – Chi Nei Tsang in action!
Immerse yourself in a world of relaxation and well-being through my very special abdominal massages.
This experience focuses on your body, mind and soul.
An important aspect of my Chi Nei Tsang massage is the focus on breathing as a tool to deepen relaxation and release tension. During the massage, I encourage you to focus on your breathing and release the tension in your abdomen by consciously breathing in and out. Your deep, rhythmic breathing helps to relax your body and at the same time activate the flow of energy in your abdomen.
Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) with a focus on meditative breathing therefore offers not only physical, but also energetic and emotional benefits. It promotes holistic balance and awareness, using breathing as a bridge to harmonize body, mind and spirit.

My abdominal massages offer holistic energy work.

Chi Nei Tsang: A traditional Chinese technique that specifically aims to harmonise the abdomen.

Traditional Thai abdominal massage and Tok Sen: A customised treatment for your individual well-being.

Relaxation massage: Energetic abdominal relaxation

Chi Nei Tsang by Mantak Chia (Universal Healing Tao) is a form of massage that focuses on the abdominal organs and has its origins in traditional Chinese medicine. Here are some potential benefits of these specialised massages:
Relaxing the abdominal muscles: chi nei tsang aims to release tension and blockages in the abdominal muscles, which can lead to improved relaxation and better functioning of the abdominal organs.
Promoting digestion: By working on the abdominal organs, CNT can stimulate digestive function and alleviate irregularities such as constipation or flatulence.
Energetic balancing: Taoist abdominal massage regards the abdomen as the energy centre of the body. The massage aims to harmonise the energy flow in the abdomen and thus improve the general energetic balance in the body.
Relief from emotional stress: In traditional Chinese medicine, it is believed that emotional tensions and blockages can be stored in the abdomen. Chi Nei Tsang can help to release these blockages and thus contribute to the relief of emotional stress.
Supporting the immune system: By helping to improve energy flow and reduce stress, Chi Nei Tsang can indirectly strengthen the immune system and promote the body’s overall resistance to disease.
Promoting awareness and mindfulness: Massage can help to raise awareness of one’s own body and its needs. This can lead to improved mindfulness in everyday life.

Stress relief: Let go of everyday tensions and experience deep relaxation in the abdominal area.
Digestive support: Promote digestive functions for improved well-being.
Abdominal massage for constipation: Abdominal massage relieves constipation, promotes intestinal motility and improves blood circulation in the abdominal area. Gentle massage movements help to release blockages and increase well-being.
Emotional relief: Free yourself from emotional blockages and promote a positive emotional balance.
Energy channelling: Direct the energy in the abdominal area for physical and mental balance.

Indications:

Here are some indications for abdominal massage (Chi Nei Tsang):
Digestive problems / Chronic constipation : Abdominal massages can help to aid digestion, reduce bloating and relieve irregularities such as constipation.
Stress and emotional tension: Chi Nei Tsang aims to release emotional blockages in the abdomen, which can help to reduce stress and promote emotional balance.
Abdominal pain: Chi Nei Tsang can have a soothing effect on abdominal pain that cannot be attributed to specific medical problems.
Menstrual cramps: Women with menstrual cramps may benefit from Chi Nei Tsang as it tends to relieve cramps and improve overall comfort.
Supporting liver function: As the liver is located in the abdomen, Chi Nei Tsang can help to support liver function and promote detoxification of the body.
Energetic blockages: In the tradition of traditional Chinese medicine, it is believed that chi blockages in the abdomen can affect the overall energy balance of the body. Abdominal massages can help to release these blockages.

Preparation

Preparation before an abdominal massage is crucial for an optimal experience and result. It is recommended that you do not eat for at least 2-3 hours before the massage and, if possible, do not drink for an hour beforehand so as not to strain the abdominal area. Women who are menstruating should refrain from abdominal massages.
After the massage, choose light, healthy food and drink plenty of water and/or herbal tea to support the body and maximize the positive effects.
